Alternative Spring Break Detroit 2008
"Over the last two years, United Way has teamed with local communities across the Gulf Coast to mobilize the passion of young adults to help rebuild after the devastation of Hurricanes Ivan, Katrina and Rita. This year, we continue to build on the groundswell of commitment of Gen Y. United Way and young adults from across the country will converge on communities along the Gulf Coast and in Detroit as well. Volunteers will dedicate a week of their lives to helping rebuild communities."
